Volunteer of the Month

Dudes. Chad Lawson is rocking our world. He came out of nowhere and hopped on board the StudioSTL train with full force. (By nowhere I mean our friend Clare brought him to the 5K Birthday and Punctuate.)

He is mentoring in Wellston on our StoryMapping Project, he's directing the afterschool program, he's repainted our Cardinal's Care Character Creation Station, brought in shelves and a new trash can, joined our Enterprise Committee of the board, helped us with our First Night Maze hilarity, and is an honorary chair for WordFest.

Did we mention he's incredibly qualified, creative and cool?

Chad Lawson, ladies and gentlemen. (massive applause in the background)

Volunteer works with students

Hey! Yes, really, you! You're probably qualified to volunteer with StudioSTL. If you want to be a mentor, you must be able to look someone in the eye and listen to them. If you want to volunteer for our organization with special events, writing grants, etc, you must be able to follow directions while also thinking outside the box. Can you dig it?
